2x Gilly on Oak - a spiritous aroma with a joyful whisky zing, lightly sparkling, made from 100% Gilly bittersharp apples and created with The Ciderologist and Circumstance Distillery, maturing our Gilly cider for 9 months in Circumstance's 200L Oak Barrel, previously used to age their first release of Circumstantial Rye 1:2:1:5:9

2x Ltd. Edition 1 - a bold and very dry sparkling cider, with 70% Dabinett and 30% orchard blend; full-bodied, deep and one to savour. 

2x Ltd. Edition 2 - a tropical and delicate sparkling cider, with 100% Gilly bittersharp cider apples; medium dry, with bright acidity and melon notes.
